I wanted to share small steps we have taken towards environmental sustainability. I have anxiety while thinking how poorly we are treating our planet and believe all actions, ideas, recipes and thoughts should be celebrated and shared as much as possible !
Small steps
I spent hundreds of hours researching, comparing, reaching out, testing, hesitating... Organic, local, recycled, higher quality, always trying to choose the best option for my products and the planet. That has a real time and financial cost, but the investment is worth-it, and is simply essential as we are against the wall. We can all do better and this is just the beginning of the journey !
